Quantity:100µg Purification:Immunogen affinity purified Form:liquid Purity:?95% as determined by SDS-PAGE Host:Rabbit Clonality:polyclonal Clone ID: Isotype:IgG Storage:PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol pH 7.3 , -20? for 12 months (Avoid repeated freeze / thaw cycles.) Background:The product of this gene belongs to the phosphotyrosine protein phosphatase family of proteins. It functions as an acid phosphatase and a protein tyrosine phosphatase by hydrolyzing protein tyrosine phosphate to protein tyrosine and orthophosphate. This enzyme also hydrolyzes orthophosphoric monoesters to alcohol and orthophosphate. This gene is genetically polymorphic, and three common alleles segregating at the corresponding locus give rise to six phenotypes. Each allele appears to encode at least two electrophoretically different isozymes, Bf and Bs, which are produced in allele-specific ratios. MµLtiple alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been identified for this gene. Immunogen:acid phosphatase 1, soluble Synonyms:Acid phosphatase 1, soluble, ACP1, Adipocyte acid phosphatase, HAAP, LMW PTP, LMW PTPase, Red cell acid phosphatase 1 Observed MW:18 kDa Uniprot ID:P24666 Reactivity:, Mouse Tested Application:ELISA, WB, IHC Recommended dilution:WB: 1:500 - 1:2000; IHC: 1:50 - 1:100 Gene ID:52 Research Area:Signal Transduction, Metabolism
