2× Rapid Taq Plus Master Mix (Dye Plus) is a powerful, ready-to-use PCR solution formulated with next-generation Rapid Taq Plus DNA Polymerase. This enhanced Taq polymerase is engineered with dual hot start antibodies targeting different epitopes, ensuring high specificity and minimal non-specific amplification.
Optimized for both speed and robustness, the mix delivers ultra-fast extension rates (1–10 sec/kb) and supports the amplification of diverse templates—including genomic DNA, plasmids, λDNA (up to 15 kb) and cDNA (up to 10 kb).
Designed for convenience, it includes tracking dyes for direct gel loading and a unique anti-freeze protectant that prevents solidification at –20°C, making it ready-to-use straight from storage.
⚡ Ultra-fast amplification: 1 sec/kb for targets <2 kb; 5 sec/kb <5 kb; 10 sec/kb ≤15 kb.
